What is Letter 17 about? I'm not sure what it's about and I need help ASAP!!!

I have just read it--out of context to be sure--but I have read the book in its entirety years ago. This chapter is about gluttony disguised as being too picky, too particular, or too high-maintenance. It's not so much about gluttony as in consuming too much, but being too particular or demanding as to what is consumed. It focuses on one's perceived quality of taste.
