and yes, he would have done it. If you know about how FDR designed the USA getting into WW2, you would realize, this would have been an easy decision for him. And once again no, he can not use nukes. I am wondering your opiion on how he would have fought it

You are right, FDR was chomping at the bit to get into WW2 years before the Japanese sucker punched us. Pearl Harbor just gave him the public relations reason he was looking for.

But your question is a bit vague, do you mean what would FDR do if he were president today with the geo-political climate of today. Or do you mean what would FDR do if IRAQ was the enemy back in 1941, instead of Germany?

I will assume you mean if he was president today. He would remind the French, Germans, Russians (basically all the other countries we stabilized in WW2) who turned their backs on us when we wanted to take out Saddam, what we did for them when they needed us.

The next smartest move would be to get the largest army in the mid-east (who just happens to be our favorite stockpiler) into the fight with us. Israel is an untapped source of munitions ans men. The ethnic/religious consequences be damned. It's time Israel earned its keep.

It's been said that WW2 was the last war the USA fought with a true "gloves off" determination to win at all costs. I think there is merit to that thinking. Politicians need to stop PC posturing at the expensive of US servicemen. Take the gloves off and let our forces do the job the were sent there to do ... make war on the enemy who wants to kill us.

if you had been around when F,D,R, was president you would know as I was that Eleanora ran the white house and made all of the decisions, and since she was Zionist I know she would have bombed the hell out of them, nukes included, she didn't play games, and she got the job done, and she would not have waited until they took out the W,T,C, she would have sent a telegram as she did in WW2 that claimed the damned Germans had sunk one of our ships killing some of our service men , even tho it didn' t happen you have got to give her credit for a good plan, and it worked wonderful. makes me think maybe a woman president would be a good idea, another example is the Iron Lady from Britain, Margaret Thacther, do you agree?

there became no danger for the U. S. to assist us, because of the fact it could have meant a attainable nuclear conflict. They didn’t contain in any conflict at as quickly as with the U. S. S. R., and invading Hungary could have been one. As for Iraq, there became purely an incredibly typical similarity. you already know too Bush consistently comes up with democracy and freedom, no count number what did you ask. In 1956 we had a revolution against communism stressful freedom and democracy. Bush mentioned democracy is purely being based in Iraq and terrorists are the enemies of this technique. He additionally mentioned Hungarians’ choose for freedom could instigate the Iraqis choose for freedom.

FDR wouldn't have started an elective war of choice based on a false premise.

FDR designing WWII is the 1940s version of "Bush did 9-11"... if you ask me... a nice conspracy theory...

and I think he would have went after Osama, not Iraq... maybe bombed the crap out of Pakistan...

Who the F*** are you to judge? Stop trying to be the voice of the dead. You make John Edwards (psychic, not senator) look like an intelligent human being.

GOD ALONE IS THE JUDGE!

How? I'll tell you how. He wouldn't have touch on this subject in the first place. What's going on currently is some kind of a revenge that's why America is in such a big mess. Big mistake!

He wouldn't have went to Iraq. He's a competent president who's "smart" not like the one right now. He'd listen to his advisers and listen to other nations. Did I say he's smart?
