There are many ways to deal with menstrual cramps:

Go to a gynecologist and have a pelvic examination to make sure there are no problems with cysts, fibroids or endometriosis.

Take an over the counter pain reliver such as Midol, Trendar or Pamprin....or other things made especialyl for menstrual cramps. However it is best to speak with a physician or pharmacist first.

Lessen menstrual cramps by not eating chocolate, beef, sugar and salt in the 10 days before her menstrual period is due. This means she must track her periods to know when she is due and hten 10 days before limit or cut out things such as hamburgers, steak; stop putting salt on food or eating salty foods like fast-food fries and ketchup; do not drink alcohol, soda or eat candy and other sweets nor put sugar on food.
