I've checked the obvious places like Barnes & Noble and Amazon but is there any more anyone can think of that maybe has an even better price and fast shipping?

Try half.com. The prices vary, but are usually pretty good. Shipping depends, because you're buying direct from individuals. It's an eBay site, so you get the same protection.

Half.com is good ...are they related to Amazon? They mainly have used editions, but often have books that have never been used. They sometimes have Teacher's editions. The shipping can be fast or slow since it's individual people sending you their books.

Try this site:

http://www.half.ebay.com/

Usually you can get teachers editions free from the publisher if you are considering using the book to teach and you do have college instructor status.
