Should little congwong beach in Sydney be declared a nudist beach?

Yes, why not? It takes a little effort to get there so no-one is going to stumble on it accidentally. It wouldn't worry me if every beach had at least one part where nudity was allowed. Most beaches allow women to be topless in some areas, why not go the whole way?
