Stop with the lame questions!

Becuase children can't drive and wouldn't know when their parents could bring them in for an appointment. Children don't know what their insurance provider is and wouldn't know the answers to many of the questions that need to be asked upon making an appointment and would end up handing the phone to mommy anyways...it would just take up and time and annoy the secretary.

Cuz it could be prank calls. I wouldnt want my kids calling and making an appoinment for me but Im a responsible adult so go figure.

for the same reason most people don't think it's cute when your 3 year old (insert appropriate age) answers your phone.
It's annoying and wastes time and it's just not cute.
And yes, I have a 3 year old, and no, she doesn't touch the phone.

Because, it could simply be kids prank calling. But, if your kids are doing it for you so they can help you nothing wrong with that!
