Try Right Click and SAVE TARGET AS to download the file.
This treatment is only for web-based email.
If you are using outlook express etc then file is already on your computer.

You can also go to FILE--> SAVE AS option when the file is played in media player.

Save the wma file to your computer. Make sure you have a CD in the CD-ROM drive. Open Windows Media Player. Then click on Copy to CD or Device. Click File, then Open and find the wma file. Double click the file once you find it. This will put the file in the Windows Media Player under "Items to Copy." Click the checkbox to select the file. It should then begin to copy the file to a CD.
