Power steering fluid from the factory is a clear but yellowish type of oil. The reservoir for it is located either on the pump by the motor's pulleys or connected to it by hose and brought over closer to the fender depending on what type of motor you have. They caps are clearly marked of what goes in them. Look for a red type of printing on top of a cap on a reservoir at the front of the motor area. There won't be any water on a condenser unless you drove into water or got splashed. These things are so hot they vaporize water the instant they hit it when the AC is on. Good luck.

well if it is leaking a clear oil feal liquid it is probley coming from the a/c condenser and if it is that theres nothing to worry about but if you will keep a eye on the way it handles and if it gets harder to turn then you know it is the power steering fluid

If it is clear it is most likely water.
Touch it and see if it is oily. If so check your fluid levels. Power steering reservoirs are usually near the front of the engine on the drivers side. Look for a cap to unscrew.
