First you must check the electronegativities (en). The more there is change in en from element of an ion to another in the same ion, the more it ionic it will be.

I- (2.66) Cl- (3.16) <~ ICl will never form. NEVER.
Bi (2.02) Cl (3.16) <~ will form, but not so en from each other
As (2.18) Cl (3.16)
C (2.55) Cl (3.16)
OS (1.14) Cl (3.16) <~ OMG SUPER EN DIFFERENCE = SUPER IONIC! WOOT!

Therefore OSCl2 is the most electronegative.

In fact, BiCl3 is the only compound on your list that is ionic. The others are covalent bonded.

Calculate the electronegativity numbers. If the difference is 1.8 or higher, then it will be ionic
