I can tell you why this happened. When you get lipo you remove all the fat cells in that area. Normally, fat cells never multiply when you get heavier, they just enlarge. So, if you take them away, the fat you eat cannot deposit in that area. It will go to the areas that still have fat cells. So, if you get your legs and stomach done, you have a good chance of having fat arms and other areas because the fat cells are enlarging where they still can.
