Honestly, when you cahnge coaches most teams play better as now the onus is on the players.

He's a good coach but never will be great, Graduates of the Cdn Olympic program are usually terrible in the playoffs (Dave King, Pierre Page, etc.).

Yes he's a good coach but the problem with guaging a coaches abilities when he's just started is the fact that the players are in fear of losing their jobs (minors, trades, etc.).

The real test will be, for any coach, is when that fear is gone.
