I'm celebratin my birthday at a bar/club and im wearing shorts, a tanktop with a shirt over it and thigh high boots. Its gunna b lik 10-20 degrees F that night. Is that outfit not right for that weather or does it not matter cuz its indoors.

Thigh high??? Maybe you need to rethink that element of your outfit?? and it definitely sounds too cold. Maybe pair some dark boot cut jeans with your tank? and some high heels in a bright colour, depending on your top's colour...

It's your birthday - wear want you want.
But, I'd be more worried about looking like a hooker than being cold.
I'm sorry, but thigh-high boots shout "Pretty Woman"
And sometimes less is more.
If you are going with shorts & boots - go with a regular boot. More go-go, less go-with-me.

Yes it does. Just wear a big coat, and then coat check it at the door. I'd be lookin' crazy at you if I saw you on the street wearing that in 10-20 degrees F

OMG its your birthday, ur at a club, ur indoors wear whatever ya wanna wear. i would tottly wear what you decribed it sounds cute and dont worry bout the shorts cuz the boots are high

it's way too cold 4 that. it sounds like ur planning on being laid. i wouldn't reccomend it, but i guess the outfit was okay, until u got to the hooker boots.

NOT THE BOOTS!You should opt for ugg boots in a pink, and some shorts
