Lack of sleep doesnt stunt you growth.I have went without enough sleep for years and I am 6-4.Sounds like you are getting plenty of sleep.

first of all, how would your parents know how tall you're going to be? no one can guarantee your final height, not even based on family characteristics. anyway, i don't believe lack of sleep has anything to do w/ your height.
second, how old are you? if you're still a teenager (i'm guessing you are), you need about 10 hours of sleep a night. Even though 6-7 would be enough for adults, 6 hours of interrupted sleep is not equal to 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep. You need to go through your sleep cycles without waking up in order to feel rested in the morning.
As far as your insomnia, you may be anxious. if there are issues in your life that you feel may be causing you to lose sleep you need to resolve them in order to improve your sleeping patterns. Go see a psychiatrist and see what they say.

Try talking to your doctor. I don't know your age but you sound to young to be having trouble sleeping. Try getting into a routine, include some deep breathing exercises right before bed.

Try to find the reason why you can not sleep. Watch the movie or songs you like. Hang out with your best friends all the time. Drink the beer and go to bed . Trust me you will have wonderful sleep..........Good Night!!!!!!!11111

I know how you feel and its sucks! could it have something to do with what time your going to bed at? Maybe your not tired enough. Or has something bad happened to you that is giving you nightmares? Maybe you need to see a councellor
