That is a myth.
The reason why some people believe that is because when you have one white hair it's more likely that you will have more than less, hence the association.

Whose told you that?

Its an old wives tale and it isnt true.

I found my first grey/white hair when I was 16!!! So trust me I know how you feel.
Some people start going gry quite young. It does tend to run in families. My dad started going grey at 18 but my mum was 30 when she found her first one. Im 29 now and have quite a few but i keep them covered up by dying my hair. Which I know doesnt do your hair any good either but its the only solution I have for myself.

There are vitamins you can take to help keep your hair strong and healthy. Just type Vitamins for hair loss into your browser and it will give you the list. They are easy to get hold of.

If you pull a grey hair out, it doesnt get replaced with more grey hairs. Each tiny strand of hair has its OWN nerve ending. All it does is grows back abit longer.

Dont worry. It happens to us all and your DEFINATLY NOT ALONE

certainly not the only element that plucking a hair can do is possibly smash the inspiration and make it so no hair can strengthen there. This delusion of inflicting extra white hairs to look is because of the fact while white hairs first start to look there are purely some so human beings will pluck them. they're then observed by extra so human beings think of they have inadvertantly brought about this by plucking thr unique hite hairs. notwithstanding if, this might properly be a organic technique which will happen irregardless of any plucking on your area. sturdy success -its purely an previous different halves tale

You have only a certain # of hair follicles. Plucking grey hair does not create more, this is a wives tale. I have however seen compulsive hair pullers who pull their hair out in bald patches and after years of doing this the hair did come in all grey in that area.

That's a myth! Some people have "premature graying" which is hereditary. Personally I think gray hair is appealing on youth as long as it's clean and shiny. It's not uncommon and usually tends to run in families.
