First off, you need to return the cable box. They can't charge you for something if you give it back rather its late or not. Cable sounds like the least of your worries. Can your parents help you any with your book costs? I guess you can't get financial aid being on academic probation. Sounds to me like you need to get it together girl! Try some numbing agent such as Orajel on your tooth until you can get to the dentist. Sounds to me like you need to get your **** straight with school before adding further drama by getting a boyfriend.

First of all, slow down. Take it one problem at a time. First the books. Unless you hit the lottery, your future depends on your education, so this has to be a top priority. Cut out any excess expenses you might have. Then check into getting a part-time job. You might even check with your university. Second, you didn't state why you were on academic probation. Next, find time to take the cable box back. Talk to the people at comcast, and explain the situation to them. But remember no matter what the outcome, no attitude. Next, check around your community to see if there is a low cost or charity clinic that can assist you with your teeth. Talk to the guy, and kind of feel him out, to see if maybe he might feel the same way about you. No matter what, just remember: THIS TOO SHALL PASS.

I can solve one prob, your wisdom tooth.
Untill you can have it pulled, go to walmart or walgreens, and in the isle next to all that ambesol stuff, you will find a dentek clear plastic "fix a tooth kit". In it is a little brown vial of Eugenol. This stuff tastes like crap, and burns your cheek a little, but it will numb the pain. There is also some "fix it" cement, the same stuff the dentists use.

The Eugenol works really good, I can't stress that enough. It was the only thing that saved me when my wisdom teeth came in. You can also take (with a doctors ok, don't just listen to me) up to 800 mg of ibuprofen. If you're taking tylenol it won't work. I always start with 2 - 4 mgs of ibuprofen and work up. Don't take it for days on end as it will affect your liver and DO NOT drink with it. There are many versions of ibuprofen out there, read the labels.

Sometimes that plastic box has a red cross label, sometimes it says dentek..makes ambesol look like kids stuff, which it is.
