forever 21, charlotte russe, mandee, **MACYS juniors section always has a lot of cute ones!! bloomingdales.. hmm where else.. sorry can't think of any.. go to these place's websites if u want before going and finding nothing you like... i usually got my dresses at macy's juniors department or bloomingdales when i used to have like basmitzfahs and sweet sixteens to go to..

Have you tried Macys, Nordstroms, Charlotte Russe, etc. Try these places first. If try this website. They have very cute formal dresses that are all lengths.

Depends on where you are. Macy's , Saks, any of the designer stores have them, even thrift stores or consignment stores.
If you're in Canada, try the Bay , Sears, Fairview, Laura Petites or Winners
