i tried microsoft.com and it gave me like plugins and stuff and an extracter or something... but all i want is to download internet explorer 7.. please help...

you will need the extractor to open IE files, but it can be deleted later on. Some plugins go with it. But microsoft.com is the place to go.

Mozilla Firefox is better. But suite yourself, go to www.download.com and search it there.
