It doesnt hurt when the baby grows. You might get uncomfortable as you get bigger. It's harder to get around. If you get morning sickness try things with ginger such as ginger snaps or ginger tea and don't get out of bed without eating a couple of crackers or something. And rise slowly. If you have preclampsia, which your doctor can tell you you will have swollen feet, hands etc. This hurts because you feel really tight all over. But bigger shoes that are more comfy. and keep you feet proped up at night. Just put a few x-tra pillow under your feet ant night. Make sure to drink ample amounts of water and eat healthy. I had heart burn severly but if it gets too bad you can take medicine just ask your doctor. I took prilosec because it got so bad. If the baby kicks you in the ribs that can be painful but it doesn't last long.At the end you may feel alot of pressure on your pelvic bone. This is the baby's head as she is getting in the birthing position. Your hip bones may hur. All this is normal. You will have to sit as much as possible. Walking is great for you when you are pregnant. Eat things that are high in folic acid like dark leafy green veggies to prevent birth defects such as spina bifida.Good Luck!

Well all pregnancies are different but I will tell you some things. The worst parts are the morning sickness and feeling tired for the first trimester. That fatigue will come back in the last trimester so enjoy the second one. Closer to the end, you will have pains in your pelvic area and in the thigh area from ligaments stretching. In the beginning when the baby starts to move it is exciting but near the end you just want a decent nights sleep. It doesn't hurt usually when the baby moves around but it can if they get their foot up near your ribs or things like that.
