I bought like $5000 worth of clothes for my sims and i don't know how to get them to put them on. When i tell them to dress in everyday outfit from their dresser they just dress normal.

Before selecting change into.... You have to select Plan Outfit option

I'm a huge fan of the sims 2, so all u have to do is click on the dresser and click plan outfit and then click everyday or watever u want to plan the outfit for u want to plan them for! good luck! sims 2 is a great game. also if u want a cheat code put ur normal to make the box and put: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true

when you click on the dresser you have to select plan outfit and then you can choose anything that you bought for your sim. What you chose will then become their everyday, athletic etc outfit.

click on plan outfit...that will autimatically change the outfit
