A few hours ago my top of my wrist started having these little pressure pains inside, they come on and off, like throbbing, not horrible but distracting, i tried rubbing it but it doesn't stop.

It could be you are on the may not hold your fingers and hands the right way when you are on the computer. Or possibly Carpal tunnel syndrom.. :D http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carpal_Tunnel_syndrome

You may have what they call "carpiltunel syndrome." (I think I spelled it correctly.) This happens if you apply too much pressure on the wrists when typing. You should get it checked out, because it can get worse. Take care!

yeah i agree carpel tunnel. my mum has it and she has the same pains as u described
