It could be two things.

1.) Your router is using WPA encryption which authenticates the users via your username.
Fix: Change your encription type to WEP.

2.) You do not have your wireless network's SSID setup as a prefered network on the other accounts.
Fix: Go to the Control Panel, select network connections, right click on your wireless connection, select properties, go to the Wireless Networks tab, and click on ADD to add your network as a prefered network.

Wish I could help, but I just wanted to say that your 360 is right on.
You forget that adult swim has Futurama too.
What about NCIS? you like that?
I am new here, and looking for pen pals, and your 360 shows alot of common likes.
Just curious, you can ignore me if ya want.
Sorry if this offends you.

Go to "View available wireless networks" on the other system.
Check if your network is detected
If it is detected, Select it and click on Connect.
If it is not detected, you will have to enable SSID broadcast on the router
