I was looking to view this movie and the file type was avi and I have windows media player but when i tried to play the video it didnt work, it seems as though it was playing but there was no picture. Ive had this problem before with these types avi, so i was wondering what you have to do to view an avi video?

This problem is related to a missing codec on your system. You could install the codec, but an easier way of going about it would be to install VLC. VLC will play almost any video file format.

sounds like you need video codecs, most likely the avi your trying to watch is compressed using a codec such as divx or xvid, download a codec pack from here and install...
