It's pretty complex and seems to have many factors. For one, it's a secondary sexual part of a women which may have something to do with it. However, I don't hear of women being sexual attracted to facial hair.
I think the biggest factor is the taboo factor. Since for whatever reason it's taboo for a woman to show her breasts and not men (yes, men, even if their usually flat), it adds to it. Since it's almost always covered up and sometimes partly shown, but not socially acceptable to be completely shown, men tend to get drawn to that.
The media also focus on them a lot as being sexual objects, usually drawing attention to them in various ways, including clothes that expose the top of them. Bigger is considered more taboo, so it could be another factor. This taboo factor (not size) applies to a lesser extend to some other body parts, like legs, since their also kinda taboo and somewhat displayed as sexual, but to a lesser extend. If breasts were not taboo and could easily be seen daily just like a man's chest, then the attraction might likely be a lot lower. Genes likely has a big part in it, even if it's hard to explain. There could be other factors that I missed too.

I think it's a stereotype. I think men may fantasize about big breasts at times, but are very happy with a managable set. Personally, I think the bigger they get the less attractive (bigger as in once they get much bigger than a D). Do you not think men are attracted to runway models? (small breasts). If a woman is hot, she's hot.

I am not attracted to big breats at all. Most of the time I find them nasty, and too big, and droopy. I also find it stupid when a woman will ruin her body to make her own bigger when there's nothing wrong with her.

It's probably in our genes. Big breasts are symbolic of fertility.

Because they associate them with comfort and femininity. They also associate them with fertility. It's nature. Curiosity is also a factor, obviously.

because breast are GREAT and the not so smart men (sorry) seem to believe bigger= better works with everything
