The first one, because it affected me the most. Up til then, we had the Outer Limits, the Twilight Zone and the original Star Trek. Star Wars took sci-fi to a whole new level and it was awesome when it came out.

I guess the first one (episode 4) because it was the ONLY Star Wars film that is 'stand-alone'. It doesn't need ANY of the other films, as they all feed from it. The other 'episodes' would not make sense without the film 'before' it or the one 'after' it. Except for 'A New Hope'. Doesn't need any of them. :-)

I'll have to say "The Revenge of the Sith" because it is when Darth Vader completes his transformation. Evil becomes real!

well it has to be return of the Jedi.
best space fight scene
ewoks and we first get to see whats under Darth Vader's mask. and we got to see Luke almost join the dark side of the force. and that fight scene between Luke and Darth Vader and the music that was playing sent chills up my spine. he was not going to let Leia be hurt by Vader. and most important we see the emperor die.
