I have a family get together this weekend out of state and traded a day last month so I could have an extra day so we can take a 3 day weekend. Now my ex told me I have to wait until 1pm on Saturday to leave. Can I get arrested if I take the kids on Friday like we had planned. Should I leave on Friday or just let the ***** have her way Thanks

Yes you can be arrested cause it happened to my brother . His wife told him not to take the kids and he took them and he ended up in jail and what was it for ? violation of a court order . You had better wait untill 1 pm on Saturday to leave cause she sounds like the type to have you jailed just to teach you a lesson. Good luck and I hope I helped.
