Yes you can be arrested cause it happened to my brother . His wife told him not to take the kids and he took them and he ended up in jail and what was it for ? violation of a court order . You had better wait untill 1 pm on Saturday to leave cause she sounds like the type to have you jailed just to teach you a lesson. Good luck and I hope I helped.
