I have pale skin and blue eyes. should I use black or brown eyeliner?

Hi there
I worked as a Clinique make up consultant and I also did make up for Brides, Bridesmaids and formal occasions. The best eyeliner to use is a beige brown, so it is not too dark. If you use black you might possibly end up with pands eyes,this occures no matter what colour skin/eyes you have. If you want to darken the liner around your eyes a little try using a little eye shadow in a darker colour. Hope this helps Honey )

most definately brown... the brown will make your blue eyes BANG and black is way harsh for pale skin

brown eyeliner is for normally green colored eyes, blue always looks best with dark brown hair and blue eyes.

From your skin tone and eye color you should use brown. But you should also take into consideration your hair color because that also has alot to do with choosing the correct color. If you have very light blonde hair you should use brown, if you have dark color hair use black or even a dark charcoal.

Dark brown eyeliner. Black is a pretty harsh look to pull off. You have to have the exact right coloring & looks for it to look right.

I have pale skin and blue eyes and I use black. As it was mentioned above the Q-tip is an amazing tool.

I hate when pale skinned people layer on black eyeliner
if you want to look normal and natural go for brown
same with mascara color
