To stay legally sober, .08, you should drink one serving of beer, wine, or champaign an hour and one shot every 1 1/2 hours. If you drink more, drink at least a glass of water - just water to stay hydrated - to every two servings.

If I'm drinking beer, I usually have 5 or 6. When I drink liquor or do shots, I can handle around 3 mixed drinks (usually Captain and Coke) and 1 or 2 shots of anything.

None, I don't drink so that I can sit back and laugh at the ones who have too many. You don't have to drink just go out and have fun with the friends. If you feel you must then only have one or two.

I used to drink three mixed drinks before I would have to stop. But now even beer upsets my stomach so badly I can't drink it.

Three but it depends on how much they water them down. Like when they have drink specials they water them down to save money.
