I am about to start a business with an Investor. I would be only in the Operations??

I am confused about taking the Profit and Losses

Please help me out ??

You need a good accountant and a good lawyer before you do any thing.

Profit and Loss sheet will show that how well your business does. meanawhile, i don't recommend you to do the Profit and Loss sheet if you don't know accounting. Hire the help if you need!

Good accountant will do a good job for you, and it can show the financial situation and cash flow for you. also, accountant is well able to look at the business situation for your investors, clients, and company you liek to involoved with.

Lawyer is very important role when you start a business with Finance. you always need him to aside you when signing contract and sending out business letter about important notice. sometimes, you may get in troblue without knowing it. there is much tricks on business, especially in Finance industry.

u make separrate book or in computer u can have separate accout for calculating profits and losses. this will make ur work easier. u can have a accountant in ur office for calculating profits and losses.if ur starting a businees with an investor it will be very useful for the investor to know financial position about the firm and investor will be intrested in ur firm how safe invesment is made

Many good library books will show you how to figure the profit and losses (P&L 's in business speak).
