I heard that there was a way to unlock a football team of penguins in the PS2 game Pro Evolution Soccer 6. Does anyone know if this is true, and if yes, can anyone tell me the cheat to turn the players into penguins?

It's not a team, it's a costume for teams. Go to Options, select PES Shop, find the costume section and purchase the penguins (there's also dinosaurs and ostriches). When purchased start a match and at the kit select screen pick the costume.
Have fun.
Sorry, there's no cheat. But winning cups on the easiest setting in 5 min matches is the fastest way to earn cash.

there's 3 costumes -penguin,dino, and the ostrich
you can buy that costumes by spending your WEN points
5000WEN each
go to option then WE shop..then costume
PLAY the game
select team
and when to select costumes press start ..
but PLEASE NOTE not all team can't wearing this costumes
another great penetration from WE or PES series
way 2 go...
