Its according to what sort of 'bother' you mean. If they cause petty fall outs/tantrums/strops at home etc, then thats normal. If you're talking about 'criminal' bother etc, then thats a different matter. I have always said that children are what their parents have made them to be, but i also know that outside influences are a lot to blame nowadays. Thankfully both my children have been taught right from wrong, and are good law abiding young people.

Yep... sometimes because they haven't learned how not to yet, and sometimes because they're horrible anti-social violent little animals who don't care what they do because their parents and teachers are afraid to discipline them and teach them what's right and wrong, and they have a puffed-up sense of their own rights and no sense at all of responsibility.
I don't hate kids really :)

If they are dragged up then YES
If your a decent parent with morals and respect and you teach them it then NO
If your talking about siblings and rucking with each other thats life!
