Here, this should help you out a bit. This is a list of the best and worst times to go to Walt Disney World, the times of lowest and highest attendance. This information's directly from the Walt Disney World website, so it can be trusted. There's also a list of which days are the busiest at each of the four theme parks...

"Lowest Attendance: January (except New Year's Day) until just prior to Presidents' week in February
The week following Labor Day until just prior to Thanksgiving week
The week following Thanksgiving until the week prior to Christmas

Moderate Attendance: After Presidents' week in February through early March
Late April through early June (except Memorial Day weekend)
The first part of Thanksgiving week

Highest Attendance: Presidents' week in February
Mid-March through Late April ("Spring Break")
Memorial Day weekend
Mid-June through Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and weekend
Christmas week through New Year's Day

During regular attendance periods the Theme Parks tend to be the busiest on the following days:
Magic Kingdom Park: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday
EPCOT: Tuesday and Friday
Disney-MGM Studios: Sunday and Wednesday
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday"

I usually go to Walt Disney World in August because it's the most convenient time for me. I don't find it to be too busy or crowded then, but others might, and, of course, it's very hot during August. I've also been during the second week of November and it was wonderful. The crowds were very minimal and the weather was perfect.

Hope I could help! Have fun!

One of the best times of year to go is the week before Thanksgiving. It is very, very quiet. But, mind you, as soon as the Friday before the holiday (which is on a Thursday) hits, things start to fill in. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party begins around Thanksgiving and (most of) the resorts will be wearing their holiday finery.

October is very pleasant, as well. There are some extra perks for going in October like the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party which is a blast and the FUNAI Classic (golf). However, the golf classic is being renamed this year and I am fairly certain we've heard that it will be held at a different time of the year. Additionally, traveling in the fall helps to ensure nice weather. You will not deal with the afternoon thunderstorms and yet it is pleasantly warm so that you can go swimming or to the water parks. But, hurricane season is in full force and while Disney and Orlando are not normally hit, they were about 2 years ago.

A big no-no is Christmas and the week following New Years. The Disney Marathon is run the first weekend of the New Year. However, going after that point is a good option as many people have returned to work and school. The weather isn't as predictable as the fall months. It can be downright cold! The year I met my husband (at Disney), it was 34 degrees!

Times to avoid- over the summer holiday. It's very, very hot and very, very crowded. Easter and any other Federal holidays in this country as the place fills in. A good rule of thumb is to look at the website and the columns for the rates at given dates and times. Anything that is in low season is a good time to go-- anything in peak season is best to avoid!

Happy planning!

I have been there in April/May, August, September, and December.
April/May (last week of April, first week of May) was quite busy and already getting too hot for me to enjoy. August was UNBEARABLE! The lines were way too long.

By FAR, my favorite time to go is September. It is a bit risky weather-wise, but I have gone in September the past two years and we have only had one evening that it rained. (Many days were cloudy, though)

. The great thing about September is that most of the children are back to school. I have gone the past 2 years in September (the third week) and we have never waited in line for more than 15 minutes....and we never even used a FastPass!!!!

December was beautiful with all the parks decorated for Christmas. The MGM park has the Osbourne Family Spectacle of lights and let me tell you...THAT alone was worth the trip. It was slightly crowded, but that was expected.

My advice would be to go between the end August and November. But don't go the third Thursday in November..That is Thanksgiving and most people get a four day week-end off work so it is quite busy then.

Good luck, and have a great trip!!

I have been there at all different times of the year. June, July and August- STAY AWAY! lol It's hot and crowded. Spring is not a bad time, most schools let out at different times. Some colleges let out in late March for Spring Break. Your best bet for short lines and temperate weather is probably mid to late September (all the schools should have started by then) or October. Hotels should be reasonably priced, too. Kissimmee is okay, but you should be able to get a really reasonable hotel right next to WDW. Also, check out the Disney resorts. There are three that are pretty inexpensive, plus you get free parking (which adds up), free shuttles to the park, and one park each day opens an hour early for resort guests only. You can check the Disney website for specifics. That extra hour can get you in to one or two attractions before the general public even gets in! Definitely worth it, in my opinion.

Visit between these months:

late January - early May
late September - mid December

Avoid the first week in January (Disney World Marathon), anytime between mid May and early Septebmer (summer vacation for kids in the US), the end of November (Thanksgiving - typically around the 22nd), and Christmas time and New Year's (Dec. 18th - Jan 10th).
Also, avoid weekends at the parks - save those days for the beach or other nearby museum or attraction.

Fall is Late September to Mid December. I would also reccomend going to Disney World in the fall on week days(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). These are the least popular times. All the kids are at school. Also Early January to mid Febuary is also good and Late April to very early may. Those are the best times. You must understand that Disney World is always a busy place! But those are the most enjoyable times to go. I would reccomend staying at one of Disneys value resorts starting at only $78 American Dollars a night! Hope this helps!

St George Island interior the Panhandle. lease a house, or e book an oceanside apartment/lodge room. you may lease a kayak, jet skis, motorcycles and fly kites on the sea coast. We see assorted dolphins - % up! - as quickly as we bypass there (5 years working now) There are some eating places on the island orcontinual into Apalachicola for dinner at Boss Oyster. Take your 3 year previous to the estuary stroll, assemble sea shells on the sea coast - sugar white sands. each homestead on the island is relatively under 10 minutes to the sea coast by using foot. you're under hour removed from Wakulla Springs. Take the glass backside boat journey and or decide for a swim interior the springs. Wakulla Springs is the place the Tarzan and Creature From The Black Lagoon moveis have been filmed. Your new child will like it. it fairly is a appropriate area of Florida.

Fall is our (U.K) autumn, Thanksgiving is in November.
The best time of year to go to any of the Theme parks in Orlando is in April, the queues are at their lowest and the weather is good. Don't go July/August as that is their busiest time and the wettest time to go.
Kissimee is nice to stay and has some nice shops etc but you will need a car if you stay there to go to the theme parks. Lake Buena Vista is quiet but very close to Disney. Orlando/I-Drive area is closer to Universal and Sea World and is very lively. Spring break is March I think? I've been in April and it was reasonably peaceful/tourist free...no queues etc but everything was open.

best time to go is in spring or early summer. i would not advise going for thanksgiving (november) as florida has a hurricane season that is usually from august until around december time. believe me, u don't want to get caught up in that !
