False, because I think he's lying. I think BushOilCo is delighted with how things are in Iraq and Afghanistan. With all the disorder they can plunder and manipulate the region all they want. As we have no free press there is no one to tell the story of 500,000 barrels of Iraqi oil going "missing" everyday, the new oil pipeline going in across Afghanistan, and the new settlement reached wherein the likes of Exxon, Bush family business associates, are going to be allowed to come in and take over the oil facilities in both countries! And they can provoke Iran from both sides now, and perhaps move on that country in the bargain. Then they would have real Dominion over nearly all the Middle East Oil.

How would I know if that is true or false?

I'm on your side, but your question is not worded very well. Name your source. What PBS show was this on??

What question did they ask him exactly.

If they are showing Bush saying something, it doesn't matter if it is PBS, FOX news or the Disney channel--- it's BUSH saying it so it's not a biased comment on what he said, it's from the horses mouth!

This question is useless without more detail though.

You need to learn how to understand what people are saying. Just another thing For Liberals to Knit pick at him about. Just because he has waged war in Iraq doesn't mean he is happy with the decision. No president in the history of this country is happy with having to make a decision to go to war. I know he's not happy with the situation in Iraq, That's why he's changing the plan. Duh. I swear, if I had the right tools, I'd pull your head up out of your anal canal myself so you could get a breath of fresh air. Now stop bitchin and drink your latte.

Well, if he said that, it was a couple of years ago because the last interview he did on PBS was December 16, 2005. Lots has changed since then.

Who cares, why are you so obsessed with all the minor Bush stuff. 24/7/365 he rules your miserable little life. Get out of the house, visit a museum, go to starbucks and have a large expresso.

Probably true.No one agrees with what is going on but it is what we have.We make plans but the enemy does not follow our plans so we improvise. Is that what we like or want? No! Does anyone want to a long drawn out street war in Baghdad? Only the Sunni and insurgents.

Bush is so honest that if he believed it, he would say it.
That's just the kind of man he is.
Just the opposite of lying Clinton.

Don't know, I don't watch PBS. It is a far too slanted source for news. CNN is a much better source for news.
