Get a Talent Manager, not an agent, for your children.

A Talent Manager is more "hands on" than a Talent Agent.

Call the Office of the Mayor in the city where you live. Ask if they have a website that lists upcoming movies, tv, etc. being filmed in your city. Otherwise, move to Los Angeles, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, or New York City.
