That depends - if you still have one of your own testicles, then the odds are 1/2 that the child would receive a full genetic complement from the donor, and 1/2 that the child would receive the full genetic complement from you.

There is zero probability of genetic mixing, i.e. some genes from you and some from the donor. It's all him or all you.

Actually, sperm is not produced inside the testicle. The testicles are simply a holding tank for sperm. The sperm is produced from a gland growing off of the urinary tract. The constant production of sperm means you need a good place to store it, testicles do a bang up job of that so that's where it all goes. You don't even need testicles to have children, but you will need to wear a bag to collect all that sperm. So the child would be yours, not the donors.
