Hi,
Shake a box of baking soda into your shoes leave overnight, this should help absorb and neutralize the odors.
I use this.

Hope this helps,
Dave

wash them by themselves in the washing machine. i also found out from a couple months of working at Mc Donalds... my shoes were gross. If they are white, put them in the washer with some detergent and some bleach. Mine were like new by a couple washings! :)

Good Luck!
