I love Laila Rowe. It's not actually a thrift store, but it's a fairly inexpensive shop with hand-made accessories, bags, hats, and clothing.

i'm not really into designer second-hand, which is maybe what you're looking for, but i'm a little more eclectic, and i like andy's cheepee's, screaming mimi's, and the family jewels.
