I majored in psychology but I want to get my master's in biology, it was my minor. Can I do this if it wasn't my bachelor's degree?

Yes, most schools actually even encourage this. I'm personally majoring in Religious Studies and planning on entering the MBA program soon. You should be fine, meet with an adviser from your school's graduate program to discuss the fine points (i.e. specific pre-reqes you might have to take or what have you).

yes, you can always double major, as long as you are willing to work for it, just find out what classes you need to take to finish with a major, most the time it is 8-20 more units, depending on the school and what you have taken so far.

Sure, if you score well on the GREs. Hopefully you weren't stupid and took a few neuroscience/biopsychology courses too. And if they won't let you get your masters, you can still at least be a masturbator.
