Anything with fiber, apples, broccoli, etc. Go a few days eating only organic fruits and vegetables, and broth. Fruits and veggies nourish the body while detoxifying. By a juice machine and make fruit smoothies, fresh vegetable juices, and fruit juices. When you make a juice like this put some psyllium husks seeds, this plant fiber sucks up toxins, and get the bowels going.
And most importantly drink lots of water.

If you are serious then you will want to check out what the American Health Science folks have to say about cleansing and fasting. I really like Dr. Ben Kim, who has a huge following with his health newsletter and blog. (see info below in source) In the Spring-Summer-Fall our family goes "raw vegan" and I have to tell you that I feel the most wonderful eating like this: raw, ripe, organic, fresh fruits and vegetables. Celtic Sea Salt. Raw Nori Sheets (sun-dried, but not from China, because they are not so scrupulous about keeping them purely vegan and have apparently pressed fish particles into the sea veg). Some nuts. It does take getting used to and for the best results it is great to have some excellent equipment, such as a Vitamix and a juicer that you can also make wheatgrass juice with. I am looking into helping out with a juicing protocol for people with cancer. You can read more on-line. Fasting is also very health-promoting, but find a knowledgeable supervisor if you plan to fast for more than a few days.

All the best!

The cheapest easiest method is probably epsom salts. A teaspoon a day in a glass of water.
