Organizational charts for large corporations like Colgate Palmolive generally will not be available for public viewing on the web. Likewise for companies like Intel Corporation, Google, and Microsoft. The reason behind this is to avoid confidential information about the company, contact information/depart/titles on it's key assets (the employees), products, R&D, upcoming news and the like, from being obtained or released to headhunters, and attorneys who work for troll companies.

The information you will find about the company is commonly filed in their 10k filings, but if you want to know the state the company filed in then you still need to search the (SEC) Securities Exchange Commission EDGER database to find out the (BOD) Board of Directors.

I've taken the liberty of finding the public information available, but it isn't much (see links below). Good luck!

The easiest way is to go to the Secretary of State's website in the state in which the company is incorporated. The website will list the top officers and the agent for the company.

The information is generally available in any state in which the company does business.

You probably can't find it online and I doubt it's available publicly. The best thing you can do is to find e-mail information for a member (ideall the Head) of human resources of this company and e-mail her/him to ask him to send you this file. If you explain that it's not for publication, they might accept to give it to you. If it's for a school paper, just tell them so, they should be ok with that.
