It is about the rhythm, I needed a few days till I was able to juggle with 3 balls.

Should take about an hour. Start with two balls until you master the throw between hands. Then add the third ball in your dominant hand and toss one of those two to the other hand, ad nauseum. ADVICE: When practicing, stand in front of a couch or bed for easy pickup of dropped balls and help you avoid walking forward as you juggle. REMEMBER: keep elbows to your sides and forearms parallel to the ground. Throw the balls in a nice high arc using your wrists only, aiming for your opposite hand. Also remember to throw the second ball under the arc of the first ball. Juggling two balls in one hand (which is how you can get to juggling four balls) takes a little longer to master. Good luck; it's easier to do than you'd think.

wait on average it takes around a week or so but once you have 3 rotations you can consider yourself ready

keep practicing i was 6 when i first tried it couldnt
did it again whe i was 8 or 9 could do it took about five minutes.
