Superhero: Spider-Man is the man. He kicks butt, saves the day, but many times doesn't get the girl. He has to deal with a loudmouth of a boss at the bugle, worried about his aunt's health, having enough money to pay the rent and something to eat.
Villian: Lex Luthor is the villian of all ages. No powers but can give Superman and other heroes trouble. He has no ties to anyone he says he cares and would sacrifice them to reach any goal. He had a child in the comics, but gave her up to have access to technology far beyond their time. No matter the sacrifice, Lex merely walks on with no remorse or regret.

I can't break it down into one - I have to go by classes...
Favorite Female superhero - toss up between Jean Grey and Rogue.
Favorite Psychic superhero - Psylock
Favorite Alien Superhero - tough call between Martian Manhunter and Supes, but gotta give the edge to Supes.
Favorite Insect Superhero - toss up between Spiderman and the Tick, but edge goes to Spidy.
Favorite God/Goddess Superhero - Close between Thor and Wonderwoman, but have to go with the God of Thunder.
Favorite Feral Superhero - Wolverine
Favorite Villian - Magneto

Favourite Superhero: It was a tie between Iceman, Dr. Strange, and Ghost Rider. Exuberant heroism, erudite mysticism, and the Spirit of Vengence on a bike. Hard to pick.
Favourite Villain: J Jonah Jameson.

Favorite superhero would be a tie between wolverine and spawn, favorite villain is without a doubt apocolypse from the x-men

Spiderman by far...He has awesome powers...a great storyline...
He starts off as a regular guy which is why most people like him..
Hes not some alien who comes to earth..He has to deal with real problems and use his head...Not just smash through things or blow it up..

Batman and/or V for Vendetta.
They don't have any silly super powers because they don't need them to kick major azz. And they don't have to worry about their powers being taken away from them because of above reason.
Also, they have kewl gadgets, are deadly fighters, are really clever, have lots of money, and have cool costumes. What more do you need?
