When I tell them that my teacher never helps me with stuff. OMG! I say just ask my high school classmates and they'll tell you my friends have even told their parents and they don't belive us. My parents called the princapal and she didn't even do anything! I am also failing her class and do think failng is my fault? I don't think it is if she never answers my questions. My friends and classmates have told other teachers and they just say, "That's not true she is very good." Any ideas to prove that my math teacher isn't nice and to makek her get her @ss kicked?

Well generally teachers love to teach and love to help students so your claim that they don't help you is suspiscious! In general you should be able to pass a class without the teacher ever acknowledging you in class--just be listening, doing the homework etc.

I've personally experienced this though. I was a straight A student throughout high school and then my senior year one teacher gave me a D as a bonus grade since I had failed it so miserably (his words). I re did and re did my project continually to get the grade up but to no avail--there was no pleasing him. When my principal found out about the problem he asked my other teachers if I'd been screwing around that year(I was a senior) and they all said no-not at all if anything she's working harder than ever. So since 75% of the class (who were all honor students) had received D's he had a little conference with the teacher discussing the idea that he had been accused of sexual harassment before--some of the students in the all male class were willing to claim he had it in for me already and he was going to have to launch an official investigation if my grade didn't change!

The moral of the story is you've got to have credibility to go against the teacher of a class! If you can prove through homework and witnesses that the teacher has it in for you you might be lucky to get withdrawn from the class at this point.

Because it is you and you are in adult land. Not answer your questions? Lots of kids have that and adapt by studying harder. Or ask questions that are pertinent instead of having an attitude.

And you have an attitude. "OMG" and "@ss kicked"? Kiddy land. Buckle down and keep quiet because you will always have teachers and professors that seem unfair. If you were a super great student, dressed normal and didn't act like a kid with the gang........ well then you might have an avenue to complain. But if this was you case you wouldn't be having this problem.
