they don't really have an actual job. they're job is being famous. having said that, i think they should be spoken to by big brother, and if their behavour continues, they should be evicted from the show.
when they are evicted, there should be no crowd outside to greet them, and when davina show's their "best bits", the highlights of their time in the house, the only bits they should show is the scenes of blatant bullying, and the scenes of them talking about her behind her back.
that really is the only thing that can happen, as they don't really have a proper job, like big ron did. they shouldn't be further employed by the producers of big brother and channel 4 either, as that would only be condoning their behaviour in the house.

yes! although since that incident ron atkinson was involved in, he had to go through a process where he had to realise what he was saying was wrong by meeting people and talking about them and for them to explain to him why the 'n' word is offensive to them. plus, he apologised in the end. for those women, not only should they lose their jobs but in fact, we should send them packing to india- we'll see whether they'll be laughing and taking the piss still. they won't be able to backchat and get away with what they did in india as they did in the BB house, because if they did, they'd probably get stoned or beaten up. to talk behind shipla behind her back instead of saying it to her face, shows what a bunch of faceless cowards jade and co are

I am glad this is happening..it is good that people in this country are actually beginning to see the racism that is happening all the time...all around them.
Maybe now there will be more sensible discussions on here about how we are going to learn how to respect each other and not act like chimpanzees all the time.
