On The Start Menu Cick"RUN"..Type"Control Panel"Double Click "Internet Options"At The Top Click"Programs"At The Bottom Click" Manage Add Ons"Find "OnSpeed" Or Whatever File Name That Refers To That Program,.Next To It Click "disable"Close The Page,ThenOver That Button Click On "reset Web Settings"..Then Go Back To The Top Click On "Advance" At The Bottom Click On "Restore Defaults"..Close Up Everything,And Try Now.You May Have To Restart Your. Computer.

if you are no longer using onspeed than you should uninstall/remove from your pc
maybe related to the site problems
