God knew from the very begining that his son would die for our sins. Before Mary even had Jesus. So, God made the rain, so...He watered the trees.

Next, you are gonna be asking if God sent his angels to water the tree that was used to make the manger in which he was placed in right? :)

I highly doubt it! God did not look forward to seeing his son die , so I don't think that the tree he died on was be watered by angels, as angels have better things to do.
