Vendetta is a feud in which members of the opposing parties murder each other. Dictionary meaning. In basic terms, let's say your family had a problem with another because they killed someone in your family. The thing between your family would be a vendetta. I hope this answers your question.

Vendetta is a term for blood feud where relatives of someone who have been killed or otherwise wronged seek vengeance by killing or otherwise punishing the ones responsible or their relatives. The original word originates from Latin vindicta ("vengeance").

I'm guessing you watched V for Vendetta? good movie ;)

Nope thats the way they are supposed to be. You could try a sponge and hot water maybe some of it will come off but I doubt it. Do not use any kind of acetone ( paint remover/ nail polish remover) unless you want a gooey mess instead of a mask.
