Muchlax is not available in Emerald. Its a new generation Pokemon and will be available in the upcoming diamond and pearl games being released on April 22nd. Just breed either a female and male snorlax or male/female snorlax with a ditto and you'll get an egg. When it hatches it'll be a level 1 Muchlax

Snorlax did not have an evolutionary family until the release of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, released in 2006 in Japan. Its pre-evolution is Munchlax, which evolves after attaining sufficient happiness with its trainer.

there is none. you can prove this by trying to mate a snorlax and ditto. just a baby snorlax

it is called munchlax and you cant get it on pokemon emerald. sorry.
