Chelski and man u. Funny enough. if the glazers business interests fail in th US then mank would go under administration. Likewise for daddy starbucks if he pulls out chelski would never be able to consolidate the debt, fans would be deluded that they can't buty any more trpopheys and the rest of england would crack a bubbly and smile!

If you take away Roman Abromavich's investment from Chelsea, Chelsea will be the most in debt. Other than that, it will most probably be Newcastle Utd. They have been paying players over the odds and have underachieved for countless seasons.
