Just becuz one can do it, doesn't mean we all can. Same with alcohol, it's legal but I can't drink it. I can't smoke the weed. If weed was legal we would probably have about as many accidents, murders as we do now with the alcohol. so why add to our threat of society? Up to the individual you do a crime get caught pay the consequences like with the alcohol. Doesn't mean it was necessarily the content that caused it.??????????? and to remind you I do none of it. By choice.

Yes..the only reason its illegal and people still want it is because alcohol is legal..During prohibition waht do you think people did..Smoked weed.. it was legal then..but they still smuggled and drank alcohol..Marijuana is no worse than alcohol..
You can drive high..Pass a breath alyzer high...Talk regular high...walk regular high..you cant do none of those drunk!
