Great question. This ranks rite up there w/, "When was the war of 1812." Well, to answer your question, it depends on whether or not regular hamburgers were still available. If they were, then one would just have to hide out and add cheese to their burger and eat it on the down low. I do think, though, that the "fast food" culture of US significantly contributes to Uncle Sam being such a fat a*s.
